Returns Accepted on Non-Embroidered Items

Returns are accepted on non-embroidered products within 15 days of delivery. Once you initiate the return by following this link, you have seven days to send back your product.

Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping is at the cost of the consumer with a $10 per item restocking fee. All non-embroidered orders can be returned within 15 days of delivery.

Please Note

• An RMA number MUST be included in the package to be considered.

• All packaging (duffels, tags) must be returned with items.

• The returned product must not have any odors (e.g., smoke smells) or show signs of being worn.

• This policy applies to direct-to-consumer customers only.

Final Sale

Items marked as “Final Sale” are non-returnable. If you order a final sale outerwear item and need a different size, please email us at info@prettyruggedgear.com. You may exchange for size, but not return.
