Where do you ship to?
We ship anywhere in the US, Canada and Internationally. However, we do not ship to PO Boxes.

How much does shipping cost?
Pricing is based on customers geographic location.

Non embroidery items ship within 1-2 business days and embroidered items ship within 2-3 business days.

When can I expect to receive my order?
We know you are excited to receive your Pretty Rugged Blanket! All orders are shipped within 3-5 business days, or faster when possible, unless otherwise indicated. For customized items please allow 5-7 business days.

For all international orders, please note that we have no control over international customs. We recommend familiarizing yourself with the customs charges required. We are obligated to declare all items as merchandise and are not liable for any custom fees or delays due to packages held at customs.

Who do you ship my order with?
We use UPS to ship out all orders.

I just received an email with my tracking number and the number shows 'No information found.'?
It takes up to 24 hours for UPS to update their website. Please check again later and it will be there.
